EAS Team

Noel M. LaMontagne

Noel LaMontagne received his B.S. from the University of Virginia in 1999. He was a three-year letterman under Coach George Welsh as a member of the football team at UVA from 1995-1999. He was named team captain in 1999 and received First Team All-ACC honors following his junior and senior seasons. He was named First Team All-American after the 1999 season and also won the ACC’s Tatum Award as its top scholar athlete.

After his senior season at UVA, Noel was selected to play in the East-West Shrine All-Star game; however he was unable to play due to an injury he suffered in his final game at UVA. He was selected as a free agent in the 2000 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns and spent two years with the team playing in two games, before injuries finally forced his retirement.

Following his NFL career, Noel joined the EAS Team in September 2002. Noel's primary responsibilities include assisting with research/analysis for client recruitment, and contract negotiations for the EAS Team. With recent experience in the NFL he offers a unique perspective for incoming EAS clients on the recruiting process and life in the NFL.
